I firmly believe that if I invest my time with my people then high performance will be the outcome, this is evident from the results/awards and recognitions I have gained, I have been a 3* best company awarded centre for 7 consecutive years coming top of the company in 2022. I received the reward for General Manager of the year and got to visit our new centres in Canada to help support them in their transition to our culture.  I possess a keen eye for detail and expect my centre to be operating with excellence through health and safety and company processes to ensure the customer experience matches their expectations and our promises.
