 Monthly raising invoices. More than 700 invoices were issued by me monthly. On a regular basis, I reflected all reimbursement expenses such as transportation, purchases, inbound/outbound/destruction, pick and pack, import license, export of bio-samples, storage of IMP/CTS, and other PTC.
 Controlled the process of closing depot activity in Ukraine and Israel every month. Implemented a lot of optimizations in the process of billing.
 Collection of accounts receivable (control of payments within 60-90 days);
 Preparing reports for internal and external requests;
 Issuing credit notes and prepayment invoices;
 Calculating budget for the projects;
 Updating budgets as per discounts or changes proposed by the client;
 Communicating with clients relating to agreed requirements for all services within the project;
 On a monthly basis tracking and tracing budget execution. Comparing plan/fact analysis of budget;
