I am a very hard-working individual and a good team player, I have the determination to adhere to the responsibilities required of me. The 6Cs of NHS values; Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment are core to my approach in my own everyday life, and I aim to exercise these values within my work. I am also very familiar with safeguarding principles and my personal and professional responsibilities in this regard.

Studying Public Health for 3 years has enabled me to understand the importance of outcome measures needed within public health, health promotion, health protection and early intervention with families and children . I enjoy learning different ways to improve the health of children and prolong healthy lifestyles . I am very reliable, respectful, honest, hardworking, enthusiastic and self-motivated. I am aware of the importance of confidentiality, data protection, freedom of information as well as information governance and its contribution in helping me achieve and carry out my duties effectively. I am willing to and understand the importance of adhering to all policies, guidelines and regulations of the organisation. I am willing to commit to providing a good service for the service users; I am always seeking to resolve any situation promptly and effectively.

Throughout my experience in further education I have learned to take full responsibility when working within teams and individually, as well as regularly seeking feedback to further improve my area of work, I am open to criticism as this will help me develop further within my reflection on my performance.
