I feel that I would be a great candidate for this role, as I am a very hard working individual who can communicate at all levels with having great people skills I can deliver excellent customer service whilst ensuring accuracy with services at all times. I have vast knowledge and experience in working within a fast paced customer service role, therefore I can excel in all services with a calm and positive attitude.

I am an experienced, reliable customer service advisor with adequate experience and a well-rounded personality. I have previously worked in a retail computer store in Spain which has enabled me to develop my skills and gain experience in I.T.  I possess the ability to work on a variety of industry projects while maintaining ambitious standards and meeting challenging targets. I have developed the necessary skills to thrive in a busy customer/client orientated environment and communicate effectively with individuals in a professional manner on various levels from customers, contractors, colleagues through to management.
