Support and guide individuals to achieve their maximum potential by implementing bespoke strategies that promote success through a person-centred approach in all settings. This includes working collaboratively with stakeholders and learners alike on their attendance, IAG, motivation, academic achievement, overcoming barriers, guided self-help, signposting, mediating, behaviour management and welfare in an inclusive environment. I am an organised, driven individual with great business acumen, successful at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong work ethic and exhibit a positive attitude.

As a Digital Skills Tutor, Success Coach, and business owner with a MSc in Psychology and L3 in Education and training along with a digital skills background, I possess a diverse set of competencies. My ability to communicate effectively and collaborate efficiently with learners, colleagues, and partners is exemplary. My organisational skills allow me to manage complex and challenging situations with ease as demonstrated in my current and past roles.

My passion for helping learners' success is evident in my ability to influence them to achieve their maximum potential. My guidance, mentoring, and support enable learners to progress through their respective programs with confidence. I’ve designed and delivered industry-standard learning programs focused on competencies, behaviours, and interpersonal skills. And I’ve actively assisted, motivated, and inspired learners during their training, facilitating their successful completion.

My training plans and group sessions incorporate diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles. I’ve utilised appropriate resources and materials at a suitable pace and level to meet the needs of individual learners. Additionally, I’ve offered constructive feedback and valuable insights to enable learners to reach their full potential. I’ve evaluated and assessed the quality of work produced by learners, ensuring it meets the required standards for their qualifications.

My most relevant education is that I have gained an MSc in Psychology which I was awarded a distinction for, a Level 3 in Education and training and recently a L2 in Digital Marketing. I've also attained a Diploma in mentoring and Coaching and I'm currently undertaking a Level 3 in Leadership and management course. I will also be enrolling on a Level 3 Assessors training course (CAVA).
