I am a hardworking and ambitious individual who always thrive to success. I believe this to be due to my strong work ethic and integrity that I have adopted throughout my education and working life. I am a self-starter and I am always seeking to improve my skills by taking the criticism constructively and striving to learn.

I will bring a wealth of expertise and knowledge to your business. Not only I am fully qualified in my field of work but also I am very experienced and have been responsible for many aspects of the business.

In a very short amount of time, I have achieved many qualifications along with being a full time employee. This only proves my hard work and my thirst to progress.

I am currently the Audit and Compliance manager at Jungheinrich, a German company with branches in 40 countries. I work for the UK branch with almost 800 employees. I am also the business lead auditor setting audit and inspection plans for other individuals.

I am very comfortable to work under pressure, as an auditor for such a large organisation I have experience working within deadlines and under pressure. 

As an individual, I always keep calm under the pressure and invite others to do the same. I believe the way I manage to achieve this is to be an organised individual who is good at time management. I prioritise my work based on their importance and impact on the business and individuals. I manage my time based on the workload and always ensure I complete the task before the deadline is reached.

Due to the nature of my job, attention to details is a vital element and I must refrain from making errors. My legal background has most certainly helped me on achieving this skill.

My job requires a great deal of interacting with other employees, which I believe I have managed this exceptionally. This has led employees to approach me proactively when they have any quality, health and safely, environmental, energy or compliance related concerns.

As part of my job I have closely micro managed the contracted Facility Management company working for Jungheinrich in the past 3 years. I am very much familiar with statuary and not statutory, hard and soft FM and related matters.

From the company’s point of view I always have been a hardworking and trustworthy employee and due to this I was given fantastic opportunities to educate further that enabled me to broaden my horizons and increase my abilities within the company.

I always value everyone as an individual; I am extremely focused and committed to my work, organised and punctual. I am a dynamic and determined individual and I am always full of enthusiasm and ideas. I make teamwork a priority for the business and always try to communicate directly with other colleagues.

Implementing strong relationships within a team and striving to work efficiently as one is a principle I strongly believe in. I hope to have the opportunity to demonstrate all above to you.

Audit and Compliance Manager


• Audit and Compliance Manager of Jungheinrich UK with almost 800 employees, part of the Jungheinrich Group with 40 companies worldwide and workforce of over 18,000 employees
• Responsible for conducting compliance management to ensure business remains compliant with regulatory requirements and to introduce effective control measures for management of potential risks to the business
• Responsible for high-level audits such as potential accounting fraud, corporate fraud, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, misrepresentation, anti-money laundering, anti-trust and GDPR
• Responsible for internal and group process auditing to ensure company processes remain relevant and effective. This included business continuity plan, needs and expectations of interested parties which includes regulatory bodies
• Conduct interviews, scrutinise details, and ask questions to make sure employees make every effort to stay compliant
with legal requirements, ISO standards, company and the group procedures
• Legal Register Management – Regular review of legislation and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Create summary reports of internal/external audits for the board of directors
• Plan and implement, Integrated Management System, Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental and Energy, Data
Protection and information Security policies and procedures to raise awareness throughout the business
• Document Control and SOP Management - Review of company procedures on a regular basis and update as necessary
• Oversee and when required micro-managing the outsourced Facility Management company with regards to all statutory
and non-statutory PPMs and reactive jobs
• Project Management – First company in the industry to be accredited with ISO 45001:2018 Standard which was a project
managed by me
• Management systems gap analysis
• Change Management – Creator of change management procedure for the business
• Direct reporting to senior management and directors including the Managing Director
