Services offered
I am a warm, caring, and responsible person with a genuine love for children and babies. From a very young age, I have always had strong and natural relationships with children. I feel calm and happy around them, and I have often been told that even very upset or crying babies become relaxed and peaceful when I hold or comfort them.
I truly enjoy spending time with children, listening to them, playing, teaching, and watching them grow and develop. Seeing how they learn, copy positive behaviours, and express themselves brings me a lot of joy and meaning. I believe raising and caring for a child is a very important responsibility, and I approach it with patience, attention, and love.
I have experience caring for young children within my family, including spending long summer holidays with my cousins in Turkey (ages 4–6). Saying goodbye to them was very emotional for all of us, and they still ask when I am coming back. They were never interested in gifts, they were simply excited to spend time together, play, laugh, and create memories. I still keep the drawings they made for me, which shows how meaningful our bond is.
I am calm, reliable, and attentive to children’s emotional and physical needs. I can support daily routines, playtime, learning through play, and light cooking or meal preparation for children. I aim to create a safe, loving, and peaceful environment where children feel secure, understood, and happy.
Experience
I have experience supporting children both through family-based childcare and through working as a Teaching Assistant, where I covered the role for several weeks. In this position, I supported children with their daily routines, learning activities, emotional regulation, and individual needs, always working in a calm, patient, and supportive way.
Alongside this, I have extensive experience caring for children within my family, including young children aged 4–6, supporting play, learning through activities, mealtimes, and emotional wellbeing. I am confident in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children feel secure and valued.
I have also worked in care and healthcare-related settings, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility, safeguarding awareness, and ability to remain calm and attentive. I am reliable, organised, and respectful of routines and boundaries, and I genuinely enjoy supporting children’s growth, confidence, and happiness.
Education
I completed my undergraduate studies in Sociology in Turkey, where I developed a strong understanding of family dynamics, child development, and social relationships. I then completed an MSc in Psychology in the UK, which included learning about child development, emotional wellbeing, attachment, behaviour, and mental health.I am currently training as a psychotherapist, which continues to deepen my knowledge of emotional development, communication, and supporting children in a sensitive and age-appropriate way. This educational background helps me understand children’s emotional needs, respond with empathy, and support healthy development while maintaining clear and safe boundaries.
