I am a conscientious and professional person with an extensive experience in quality management, project management, risk management, health and safety management and operations management roles.
I am a highly organised and efficient individual, with a thorough and precise approach to projects that yielded excellent results. Recent achievements include the implementation of innovative project risk management systems, development of a dashboard reporting platform, running continual improvement programs and systems thinking workshops. 
The highlights of my career are the project management and configuration and setup of a factory to build locomotive traction motors and alternators. This was completed within six months of signing the premise lease to manufacture the first of component.  Setting up a passenger rail maintenance depot and last mile configuration between station and maintenance depot. Converting old DC freight locomotives to use new ABB traction motors.

I have implemented various management systems and obtained company certification within eight months for an integrated ISO 9000, 14000, 20000-1 and ISO 45000 management system. 

I have managed projects such as FTTX and FTTH installations, backbone fibre between cities, BC data centres and Set up & Configured a Network Management center for a fibre backbone.

Project managed the installation of a billing platform for a network operate and the system implementation for mobile international roaming.
