● Create and deliver training sessions for managers on performance management policies and tools, providing ongoing coaching to support daily operations.
● Lead the UK absence management administration process to support employees and managers.
● Guide and mentor business leaders, fostering a cohesive community of leaders dedicated to achieving both business and
personnel objectives.
● Serve as a champion for organisational culture, orchestrating and executing activities to reinforce cultural values.
● Liaise with external vendors including those providing support in relation to visas, legal queries and hiring. Be the
interface between employees & candidates and these vendors
● Support benefits administration in multiple markets: communicate with vendors, troubleshoot employee queries,
identify issues and propose solutions
● Guide employees and managers through People processes & policies.
● Collaborate on headcount planning and management, and assist in the recruitment process as per business nee
● Support with other People related projects as needs arise.
● Support with the administration of TUPE projects.
● Lead the UK absence management administration process to support employees and managers.
● Be the lead in Workday administration for the EMEA region
