I am currently working as an Estate, Operations and Personal Aide Manager for a high net worth individual within the public eye, I have a vast amount of experience and knowledge in managing the operations and logistical arrangements for HNWI both within and outside the household/s and estate.

My key competencies include:

• Overseeing all household/s and estate operational needs, ensuring all is functional and immaculately maintained.

•  Managing all logistical and personal aide needs for the principal/s.

• Having a strong knowledge and understanding across the board of building maintenance and modern technology.

Adding to that I am an excellent communicator with strong management expertise and a successful track record in mentoring staff to deliver improved standards. I enjoy coaching and motivating teams to achieve the ‘unthinkable’ and have a strong service ethic, which I have instilled in teams throughout my career, enabling them to deliver beyond the expectations of the organisations and principals.

The experience I have gained in the private and hospitality sectors will enable me to make a significant contribution to the household.

I have been working in Operational Management in the Hospitality and Private Sector for the past 22 years. Within that time I have worked in Private Leisure Facilities, Corporate Events, 5* Hotels and for various HNWI Principals and their families.
