Experience

I am a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and Nurse Case Manager with extensive experience across community and primary care, complex patient management, and care-home clinical leadership, supporting patients and residents with long-term conditions, frailty, dementia care needs, and complex psychosocial factors.

I am currently employed as a CPMG Case Manager with Kilburn Primary Care Co-Op (May 2023–Present). In this role, I take a professional lead in the Complex Patient Management Group, providing safe and effective case management for individuals with complex needs and long-term conditions. I undertake holistic assessments, coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, and support integrated working across health, mental health, social care, and third-sector services, with a strong emphasis on reducing fragmentation of care and ensuring a person-centred approach that promotes optimum physical, psychological, and social wellbeing.

Alongside this, I work as a Registered Nurse with Brylee Care (Nov 2024–Present), continuing to deliver high-quality nursing care and maintaining strong clinical competence. I also gained additional assessment-focused experience as a Nurse Assessor with Care UK (Dec 2024–Mar 2025), strengthening my expertise in structured assessment, clinical judgement, and care quality evaluation.

Previously, I held a senior leadership position as Deputy Nursing Operational Manager at Enfield Council (Jul 2021–May 2023), where I was responsible for maintaining high professional and clinical standards and providing strong clinical leadership across care and nursing teams. I deputised for the Operations Manager, ensured statutory and regulatory compliance, supported auditing and quality assurance systems, and led recruitment, performance management, and staff development including training and supervision.

In addition, I worked as a Bank Nurse (RGN/RMN) for Barchester Healthcare (May 2019–Jun 2022) across North West London, delivering high clinical standards across different services. I led multidisciplinary teams on shift, supported resident transitions, helped develop staff skills, and created care plans tailored to residents’ physical and mental health needs.

My earlier career includes significant management and leadership roles within high-performing care organisations. This includes serving as Deputy Manager / RGN / GSF Lead at Loveday & Co (Jul 2019–Mar 2021), and an extensive period at Care UK (Nov 2016–Jul 2019) where I progressed through roles including Registered General Nurse, Clinical Lead, and Deputy Manager. Across these roles, I provided governance-led leadership, upheld best-practice standards, supported the delivery of safe and effective clinical services, participated in audit activity, and ensured accurate documentation and communication systems for residents with complex health and social care needs.

I also worked as a Clinical Lead at Orchard Care Homes (Feb 2016–Oct 2016) as part of the senior management team, with responsibility for leading care services, supervising registered nurses, and supporting workforce competence through structured supervision and training. Prior to this, I worked as a Registered General Nurse at Orchard Care Homes (Nov 2014–Feb 2016). I began my UK healthcare pathway as a Nurse Assistant at DFB (Care) Ltd (Dec 2013–Oct 2014) and earlier as a Healthcare Assistant at Comfort Care Homes Ltd (Oct 2011–Dec 2013), developing strong fundamentals in patient-centred care and team collaboration.

Earlier in my career, I gained international experience working as a Cosmetic Clinical Nurse at Makati Medical Clinic (Philippines, Feb 2009–Sep 2011). I also worked as a Technical Support Specialist (Cisco) with Convergys Intelligent Contact (Mar 2011–Sep 2011), demonstrating adaptable professional skills across multidisciplinary environments.

Education

I am currently undertaking Advanced Nurse Practice (Adult Health Nursing) at Middlesex University (Sep 2024–Oct 2025), strengthening my advanced clinical assessment, autonomous decision-making, and leadership capabilities.

I completed the Overseas Nurses Programme (ONP) at The University of Northampton (2014) to support UK registration and professional alignment with UK nursing standards.

My UK academic preparation also includes a BSc Professional Practice of Nursing from the University of South Wales (2011–2013). Prior to relocating to the UK, I studied a Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Far Eastern University (2009–2011) and completed my BS Nursing (2004–2008) at Metropolitan Hospital College of Nursing, establishing a strong clinical and academic foundation that supports my advanced nursing practice.
