- I provide efficient technical solutions with high standards of customer service, whilst dealing with high pressure situations, and handling the processing of complaints.
- I troubleshoot issues, using basic programming, resources like the NHS Spine and collaborating with the wider support network, working closely with the implementation team, developers and testers.
- I am a company representative and guide our customers in the use of the cloud based PMR system, artificial intelligence machine learning systems and pharmaceutical robots.
- I provide guidance in how to integrate our AI systems into pharmacies and explain how this solution complies with the NHS, MHRA, and other regulatory bodies with stringent protocols and legislation.

Account manager:
- I experienced range of roles within a tech company, including were sales, administration, online helpdesk and account management.
- In account management, I maintained the accounts of clients such as the NHS, Ministry of Defence and several Local Council authorities.
- I assisted setting up the contractual arrangements with these organisations. I organised the accounts invoices and organised their CRM databases to a high standard. I conducted focused reports and the yearly renewals of the accounts.
- I used my interpersonal skills and demonstrated my ability to be appropriate, transparent, accountable, and confidential when representing the company whilst working with these organisations.
- I would undertake large data gathering projects, and market analysis aimed to target future clientele.
