- Proposed and implemented a new system for managing annual leave to streamline team coordination.

- Recorded and distributed accurate staff meeting minutes, using AI tools to transform my notes into polished, professional summaries.

- Served as a key point of contact in the office five days a week, fielding questions and requests from academics, PhD students, and members of the public.

- Contributed to a smooth-running office environment by managing communications and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

This experience strengthened my organisational and communication skills, and enhanced my ability to use AI effectively in a professional context to improve accuracy and efficiency.
