Failure cause analysis, MTBUR (Mean time between unscheduled removal),Mean Time To Failure(MTTF),MTBF(Mean time between failures),TAT,NFF(No fault found),Time Since Repair(TSR),Time Since Shop Visit(TSSV) calculation for the below projects to track the performance of different products like combustor, blades, nozzles, compressor, Turbine Starters which goes in to different engine platforms.

Deploying and managing the FRACAS process.

Failure mode identification, weibull analysis on that failure mode, plotting probability of failures v/s

 time, interpretation of the weibull plots 

Tracking & analyzing of engine event issues on daily basis based on various reports and enter into data base with information like symptom, cause & fix and summary of the event
