Stacey Hobbs

I am an illustrator, author and designer from Buckinghamshire, UK. I am a signed freelance traditional author with pegasus publishers currently wishing to find a full-time book design/designer position. After gaining respectful A-level grades  (A* A* B), I knew after a little time I needed to follow my true passion as a creative. I first went and studied an Art diploma at Buckinghamshire New University where I learnt about many art practices including graphic media (producing GIFS, digital media and printing techniques). I then later graduated from the university of the arts, London with a first class honours in illustration & visual media where I established these skills and more such as animation, video and photography editing, Book binding and publication layout/design, various printing methods, traditional drawing practices, graphic design/illustration and web design. During this time I have had the pleasure of completing work for London based publishing houses like Nobrow press & Penguin Random House, as well as working collaboratively for organisations such as ATD fourth world UK and No Isolation.
