I am an adaptable individual who works successfully within a team as well as individually to meet the aims of the business. I have 4+ years worth of administrative experience in the public sector and I am able to successfully navigate challenges as they arise. In addition to my professional experience, I am a well travelled individual which has allowed me to build on my communication/ organisation skills.
Experience
Data has been an element in all the jobs that I have undertaken, which has fed into my ability to be able to grasp new systems quickly and efficiently. I am able to confidently navigate through different systems and have had the opportunity to train new colleagues. I am an adaptable, self-motivated individual that strives to produce a high standard of work; this is illustrated through the responsibilities that have been given to me in my different roles e.g. leading on projects, taking on tasks outside of my role. Furthermore, in my different roles I have handled sensitive information and understand the importance of confidentiality and ensuring that the right process is followed, whether that's processing DBS declarations or sending reports to the Department of Education.
