I'm hard-working, always go the extra mile, and treat people as I would wish to be treated. I'm told i'm extremely friendly and empathetic and put people at ease quickly. I'm very ambitious and have purchased my own home independently and now wish to seek part time work around my full time role in order to undertake work on my house i.e. plastering, extension etc. which has been hard with the cost of living. I've worked full time and additional part time work on top over the past years mainly during seasonal times i.e. Christmas etc. to gain additional income, my previous part time additional role was with Matalan as a Customer Service Assistant, prior to that I worked at Boots as a Till operator and customer service assistant. I learn new skills quickly and no matter what role i'm undertaking always provide the highest level of customer service and uphold the reputation of the company. I have excellent conflict resolution skills.
Experience
I currently am doing a 6 month contract with Oldham Council as a Coordinator of Adult & Children Social Care. This I do Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
I have worked in the NHS most of my career in the following roles, Directorate PA, Digital Training and Support Officer, Digital Implementation Specialist, Digital Analyst, Emergency Medical Dispatcher, HR Administrator, Receptionist, Project Support Officer, Carers Personal Budget Manager, PMO Analyst, Business Change Support Officer.
At the start of Covid for the 1st year I was the PA to the Senior and Area Coroner and Business Officer to the service. This role required a great deal of empathy and a calm nature, along with excellent Communication skills.
Between March 2018 - October 2019 I worked agency roles as follows -
Tate Agency for their client NSL - Customer Service Representative – Aug 2019 to Oct 2019. My role was to work for NSL's government body client as a Customer Service Representative in the Correspondence team for Hammersmith & Fulham Challenge investigation team. My role was to meet daily KPI's and respond to PCN challenges and investigate them fully using the evidence provided by the Civil Enforcement Officer & the perpetrator and issue a letter advising of my decision.
Directly employed by Allday PA – Customer Service Advisor on two Separate occasions – Aug 2018 to Sept 2018 and Jan 2019 to July 2019. I took a variety of inbound calls from a diverse network of clients. I was responsible for upholding and maintaining a consistently high level of service to all customers and clients alike. They ranged from Legal, NHS, to organising engineers for housing associations / large companies and issuing engineers via their databases.
Reed agency for the client Salford Council (Barton Moss Secure Unit) – Performance Monitor – Oct 2018 to Jan 2019. My role involved creating new processes, how to guides, building new databases via Excel for various departments. Generating templates to pull data automatically from other documents to produce weekly unit reports. QQA the residential workers monthly tasks to ensure they are meeting the performance scores put in place. etc.
Search Agency for their client M2 – SOP Coordinator – Sept 2018 to Oct 2018 and also prior to this for their client Capita (Tesco Direct) – Customer Service manager – May 2018 to July 2018. My SOP role involved setting up large projects for companies such as Beauty Beattie, Network Rail, John Lewis etc. My other role involved dealing with incoming queries and complaints.
Page Personnel Agency for their client LTE Group (Wythenshawe College) – Data Administrator – March 2018 to April 2018. My role was to generate and run reports via either the business intelligence reporting system or the report option within their computer system iTrent. Once the reports were run, I had to identify any errors within the data and then correct this information within iTrent.
