Hawk Training (Jan 2017 to date) – one of the Uk’s largest Independent Training Providers, Ofsted Grade 1 “Outstanding”

Curriculum Lead for Management & Leadership and Coaching & Mentoring (Jan 2022 onwards)

  • Engineered a comprehensive suite of over 30, high-quality management & leadership and coaching & mentoring learning and development programmes for apprenticeship, internal and commercial learners 
  • Conceptualised and implemented internal End Point Assessment (EPA) processes and support materials, including EPA preparation workshops
  • Consistently attained over 3.5 years a 100% 'good' or 'outstanding' rating from over 300 learners and 50 employers re. materials and workshops
  • 100% EPA Pass rate, 99.5% EPA first time pass rate; 84% distinctions at EPA
  • Overhauled the entire curriculum in response to business needs in 2023 resulting in a doubling of achievement rates within 2 years
  • Rated Ofsted Grade 1 "Outstanding" in 2023
  • Winner of the CMI Presidents Award for "Most Innovative Training Provider" 2022

Internal Quality Assurer (Jan 2019 to Dec 2021)

  • Successfully facilitated the professional development of a team of 12 Leadership and Management tutors by enhancing their coaching, teaching, and assessment skills leading to improved achievement and feedback ratings
  • Led the organisations strategic relationship with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), hosting all monitoring and audit visits resulting in a 100% pass rate
  • Played a key role in the introduction of the first “flex-assess” model for CMI qualifications and apprenticeships

Leadership and Management Tutor (Jan 2017 to Dec 2018)

  • Effectively nurtured the development of over 100 individuals at senior levels within organisations across the private, voluntary, and public sectors with a 72% qualification achievement rate (set against national averages of approx. 52%)

 

London Skills Partnership (Aug 2005 to July 2012) – the most successful consortium based Higher Level Skills (HLS) Partnership in London delivering over £2.75 million of HLS training

  • Led the development of a consortium of training providers in response to changes to minimum contractual size limits as Training and Enterprise Councils (TECs) changed to Learning and Skills Councils (LSEs)
