Accomplishments

·       Turned around key USA financial accounts (S&P Global and CNA) by driving structured changes to way the IT services were delivered through focused digital transformation programmes.

·       Saved financial client (Aviva) from £1M extra charges from exiting incumbent supplier through robust guidance, leadership, and instruction on project execution, whilst assuring completion within strict deadlines.

·       Recovered a failing programme for the UK Government (£55M) and fostered a 'one-team' approach that streamlined operations and integrated project delivery to bring the programme back on track resulting in a 25% reduction in project timelines and a significant improvement in customer satisfaction, such that the contract was not cancelled.

·       Delivered high-level contributions as Pre-sales T&T Lead on €100M financial banking (Deutsche Bank) unified communications service deal as well as on the strategic bid for Siemens Healthineers full infrastructure outsourcing €124M.

·       Successfully championed failing Digital Workplace transformation programme that was 12 months behind schedule on the NDA (UK Nuclear Decommissioning Authority), regained customer’s confidence and delivered on agreed plan / completion date.

·       Led all functions related to critical programme review, governance, and direction for the Royal Mail account that was struggling with keeping on schedule – implemented delivery focused processes / practices.
