About Tanya Bajwa:
My name is Tanya Bajwa, and I’m a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, particularly children with autism and developmental disabilities, to help them unlock their full potential.
With a Ph.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University, I have honed my skills in behavior analysis through extensive academic training and hands-on experience. My journey in the field has taken me from teaching young learners in inclusive classrooms to supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and leading interdisciplinary teams.
Currently, I serve as a Behavior Analyst at Neuropedia Children’s Neuroscience Center in Dubai, where I focus on creating individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and empowering families through training and consultation. I take pride in collaborating with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and pediatric specialists to ensure a holistic approach to care.
I’m driven by the belief that every individual has unique strengths, and it’s our job as educators and therapists to nurture those strengths.
