I have various experience in customer service roles, I was able to expand my skills and adapt to different working environments. I have experienced many challenges, however through my experience I was able to keep calm in these situations and make decisions that were best for the customer as well as the company. I am very organised in my work; I always ensure I prioritize tasks and deal with them efficiently. Whilst ensuring I provide the customers with accurate information and a pleasant experience within the store. I am a quick learner; I was able to adapt quickly to various tasks within the workplace.
