About Taylor Muller:
I am deeply passionate about weddings and the joy they bring. My love for crafting memorable experiences, coupled with strong organisational skills from my previous Delegate Marketing role, makes me eager to start a career in wedding planning. Though I lack formal experience, I’ve successfully assisted friends with their weddings, handling everything from vendor selection to day-of coordination. Most recently as a Delegate Marketing Manager at Ahmedia, a company that specialises in organising exclusive strategy forums for top technology vendors and C-suite level clients within the public and private sector. I supported the planning and execution of invitation-only strategy forums with clients from various fields, such as central and local government, the NHS, and police. I collaborate with the clients to determine the subject matter and themes of the forums, as well as the type of vendors they want to interact with. I also coordinate with the vendors and manage the guest lists, and 1-2-1 business meetings ensuring that both parties can benefit from networking, benchmarking, and sharing best practices
This aligns perfectly with this role as I am comfortable liaising with clients, aiming to meet their needs in a proactive manner. Further to this I am well versed in CRM systems so the transition between systems will be seamless. Moreover, Delegate Marketing has allowed me to excel in my phone etiquette and time management. I am also well versed in negotiating deals, managing sales targets and client expectations.
I graduated from Westminster Kingsway College with a field of study in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, and I have a Level 3 chef diploma in hospitality and catering. I have also provided silver service at the Guild Hall serving the royal family through this qualification. Both the exacting standards and drive for perfection alongside the discipline from a chef background makes me feel comfortable managing large volumes of work in an efficient and professional manner. My culinary background additionally helps me understand clients catering needs and expectations.
I have a variety of experience within hospitality with past work in Michelin Star Restaurants and hotels. This has allowed me to home in on my customer service and client relations skills as well as the others mentioned above.

Experience
I am an experienced Events Coordinator with a background in executing high-profile events for C-suite executives at Active Group. I assist in managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring smooth operations for events with 1,000-2,500 attendees. As a Café Manager at Corner House, I oversaw daily operations, staff management, and customer service. In my role as Delegate Marketing Executive at Ah!Media, I organised exclusive strategy forums for top technology vendors and public-sector clients. I also have experience as a Bridal Consultant, providing personalised service and assisting brides-to-be. Additionally, I worked as a Bartender/Waitress/Chef at Coaching Halt, organizing inclusive events and delivering exceptional service.
