I have a deep understanding of agile and scrum methodologies and operations management working with large cell structures across multiple teams and matching phase transitions to achieve the best quality results and maintain high performance. I have a strong academic background with two Phd’s from the UK and Norway alongside a Masters in project management and innovation.

I was awarded a PhD with AHRC funding at Newcastle University in philosophy and later completed a  second doctoral fellowship at Bergen University that was funded by NARP  in innovation. I have recently completed a second masters in Project Management and Innovation at Strathclyde University.
