Tien Nguyen

I am Tien Nguyen. I just finished my master course in Marketing and Brand Management in Nottingham Trent University. I am a big fan of Hey Tea since the first days coming to the UK that I always have a cup of Hey Tea milk tea whenever I travelled to London. Now I just relocate in London and look for a chance to work in a Hey Tea store. 

Thanks to my previous part-time job in Viet80s, one of the most popular Vietnamese restaurant and coffee shop in Nottingham, I have a profound knowledge of tea and coffee as well as barista skills and customer service skills that I am confident that I can be the best candidate for the staff position at Hey Tea. 

Moreover, I am a team player who can corporate well with other colleagues to run a highly productive working day, for example serving customers smoothly during peak hours with 30-40 online and in-store orders in one hour. I am also a quick learner and flexible person who can quickly mingle with the team and understand the working process and working culture of Hey Tea.

Scope of work:

• Welcoming customers, introducing menu and getting orders
• Making drinks: espresso coffee, Vietnamese coffee, fruit tea, smoothie, etc.
• Manage well the shift: preparing all stocks, cleaning, taking care of customers, communicating well with the team to smoothly run the coffee shop during peak hours (up to 30 online and in-store drink orders within 1 hour)
• Opening and closing the shift, cleaning the store and cash checking.
