I am an affirmed professional with high achievement background within the hospitality industry. A natural leader with strong sense of responsibility. able to interact with a wide variety of clients from different origins and cultural backgrounds, thanks to the acquired linguistic skills, and my past experience within hospitality.Due to an emergency within my family five years ago, I had to return to italy to help. While looking after them, I have found a  new appreciation for my country and his culture. Th love for driving, motors, combined with my passion for customer service and the beauty that our country offers, led me to the beginning of a new path of chauffeuring, in which I truly believe and have acquired all licences needed to legally provide our service.

Since 2022 I have been working as a chauffeur for companies that offer luxurious privately hired vehicles with drivers. i have been driving only Mercedes vehicles as such as V-Class extra long, Sprinter, E-Class, S-Class, and on occasion upon client request also super cars.

My day starts 2 hours before my first pick up. As a routine I make sure that the allocated vehicle for the day is well cleaned, stocked up for all the essentials ( The fridge is full of water, sweets, wipes vomit bags, first aid kit ….etc), no warning lights are on, and ultimately it has enough petrol for the day ahead.Once I am happy with the vehicle I the fill up my service sheet and set off to my first pick up destination. After meeting and greeting the clients, I'll go according to their reservation. Other than being a skilled driver we are also expected to be their travelling companion, often providing cultural knowledge about the visited sites, sharing fun facts about local areas, and suggest activities for their free time. 

Leaving earlier daily It has proven to be vital, as driving in south Italy can come with many challenges, such as tiny roads, demanding corners on the Amalfi Coast, scooters riders, and having congestion trimmed with well dressed raging drivers.

My absolute priority is safety for my guest and my self, having them comfortable and relaxed throughout their entire journey. Keeping calm, being well mannered and very accommodative has led me to be very successful and to receive numerous positive feedback from both clients and company directors. At the end of my working day after completing all my tasks, I return to park my vehicle at the garage. Having it refuelled, cleaned, and restocked of all the essential needed for the next day, I close my service sheet and go home.

As my family circumstances have now stabilised, i have now moved back to london. A city where I lived and work for over 15 years, have driven around a lot, and firmly believe to know my way around it and call home.

My knowledge of London goes beyond simply knowing the roads, but includes destination places, famous hotels restaurants, clubs, history of local areas and fun facts.

I trust to be a person of good character capable of being part of any team, with pride and desire for growth, success and achievement.
