(Leasehold Property Enquiries), gathering property information for the pack and

sending it to the clients. I had to carry out general admin duties in the office,

provide good customer service at all times, and handle complaints.

Specific responsibilities included;

  • Maintain and update QUBE.
  • Process management agreements to the clients.
  • Produce property welcome packs to new leaseholders.
  • Assist customers with queries in relation to leases.
  • Manage enquiries inbox within the company in relation to lease extension,

consent for window and door replacements, new keys and pet consent.
