With many years of experience in the tech, security, and consulting sectors, I am a seasoned cybersecurity, tech, sales and operations leader as well as management consultant. I have a proven track record of delivering customer success, business growth, and strategic innovation for start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, and enterprises.

I have designed and implemented commercial operations (sales, channel, customer success) from scratch, developed and embedded best practices, frameworks, processes, tools and guidance to grow revenue streams and retain customers. Likewise, I advised execs on scaling business, as well as led and mentored global cross-functional teams. Furthermore, I continue to provide bespoke services and expert advice to various verticals (financial investment firms, tech, SaaS, and consultancy companies). I am the winner of the highest company award twice at F5 Networks for customer acquisition and retention, and hold an MBA from Warwick Business School with a distinction in strategy, leadership and innovation. My core expertise lies in customer retention, customer strategy, digital transformation, partner enablement, training, innovation and tactical execution.

I am passionate about helping organisations achieve their goals, and overcome challenges by leveraging my extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in cybersecurity, customer success, commercial/channel operations, and management consulting. I have a degree as well in Computer Science, and certifications in Prince2 and ITIL, as well as familiarity with Agile, Six Sigma, 5Ss, Lean, continuous improvement/kaizen, and methodologies such as MEDDICC.
