I am thrilled to say that I have recently gained my Qualified Teacher Status.

Throughout my time at a Primary School, I had the opportunity to teach all core and foundation subjects, and was involved in the planning, teaching, and assessing of all curriculum areas. I had many opportunities to develop my skills and abilities as a teacher. My mentors offered regular, valuable feedback, and this helped to shape my practice as a teacher. I have used this information to build upon my skills to make a positive impact on the wellbeing and attainment of all pupils.

I have a passion for working with children. I enjoy nurturing their talents and helping them to overcome any challenges they may face on a daily basis. I believe that my personality and skills aid me to be an all-rounded teacher and role-model; 1 am extremely organised and have excellent time management. these skills enable me to fulfil any targets set. I have worked with children of all different ages and in various settings (nannying, nurseries and schools).

My strengths include having a persenalised approach to outstanding behaviour management and exceptional relationships. Courtesy and good manners are always promoted. I am organised welcoming and believe in creating a happy environment where children are smiling, laughing and have positive attitudes.

My firm, but nurturing method enables children to trust me and feel comfortable seeking advice from me and this has assisted me to guide them to make good progress.

Furthermore, I have developed positive working relationships with all staff members across all of my childcare experiences and feel that this is due to my sociable and positive nature. Treating everyone with mutual respect and communicating fairly, whilst promoting the acceptance of different cultures and beliefs.

l excel at remaining calm in challenging situations and possess excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills. I am also certified in first aid and water safety.
