I have built a varied professional background across marketing, property, administration, and customer service, gaining strong skills in communication, organisation, and leadership. As a Marketing Manager, I developed and implemented digital strategies, managed social media and website content, and collaborated across teams to drive business growth. In my role as a Lettings Negotiator, I strengthened my negotiation, client-facing, and sales skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. My earlier experience as a Medical Secretary and Administrative Assistantprovided a solid foundation in accuracy, confidentiality, and managing complex information. Alongside these roles, I have successfully managed projects, trained staff, and delivered excellent customer service in both hospitality and business settings.
