Responsible for the management of new and used prestige vehicle preparation and operations for one of the top retailers in the country. Working with a great team of employees and working cross functionally with site departments, General Manager, and Divisional Director to ensure shared success. Sourcing and building trusted relationships with third party companies; Valeting, bodyshop and other automotive services which was not previously in place to create efficiencies. Upon joining JLR, I have successfully implemented a commercial end to end preparations process to ensure the smooth transition between Sales, Preparations through to customer delivery. I have reduced preparations costs by 20% and delivered on increasing quality standards which resulted in record NPS scores for the site and division. I am proud to have managed the preparation team that have supported breaking internal records, handing over 120 units within a 24 hour period and 450 new units, not inclusive of used units within a month.
