Zeinab is a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting Practice, specialising in Change Management with over 12 years of Consulting experience leading large scale digital transformations.

Zeinab is passionate about creating a more balanced society through inclusion. Leveraging her change management background, she helps organisations across all industries to become more sustainable, authentic and purpose-led in how they serve their customers, employees and planet. Zeinab has a particular interest in Purpose through Financial Inclusion, Financial Wellbeing, Culture change and Diversity and Inclusion. Zeinab was Highly Commended by the MCA Awards as Thought Leader Consultant of the Year in 2021 for her client work and eminence in this space.

Zeinab is also actively involved in Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing, holding several leadership and SME roles, most notably as the Co-Chair of the Deloitte Workability Network and Board Trustee of Scope.
