About Zoi Asimaki:
fix this so that it doesnt get an error message: I am a dedicated Science Communicator with a deep academic background in planetary sciences and biology, complemented by strong expertise in hospitality and outreach services. I hold a BSc in Biology from the University of Stirling, with research focusing on Martian exploration. With hands-on experience in the science communication field, I have been part of the Mission to Mass initiative, helping to engage the public with Martian exploration and the science behind it. As a Science Communicator at the Edinburgh Science Festival, I led paleontology workshops for children, fostering a dynamic and educational environment. Additionally, my TEDx talk on the philosophy of ultra-running exemplifies my ability to communicate complex ideas in an engaging and accessible manner. Combining scientific expertise with practical communication skills, I am also experienced in hospitality and event management, ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences for diverse audiences. Passionate about making science more accessible, I continue to contribute to a variety of outreach programs, bridging the gap between academia, public understanding, and the world of scientific exploration.
