    TheRole:

    This role is so much morethan just creating content and thats why we need someone with aninsatiable appetite and drive to lead the pack in the social mediasphere. Youll be working with the best in the business diving intocustomer data to understand and map out customer touchpointscrafting targeted campaigns and finetuning your content strategy toallow you to stay on top of daily trends and engage with theaudience in realtime This person will be curious hungry forknowledge and will be one step ahead of the department making themaware of the next big thing to rock the world of social media.

    SpecificDuties:

    • Craft andexecute cuttingedge social media and email marketing strategies forthe companys brands across various socialplatforms.
    • Proactively generate dynamicinnovative and captivating posts for all social media channels andbrands. This involves forecasting and scheduling short medium andlongterm content essential messages and trendingstories.
    • Produce compelling content on diverseplatforms (consumer and business) like Instagram Facebook PinterestTikTok LinkedIn and YouTube.
    • Develop a contentstrategy catering to every stage of the customer journey ensuringinteractive experiences.
    • Coordinate with theinhouse photographer to outline visuals for social media and emailmarketing campaigns.
    • Oversee social mediaadvertising to boost growth on ecommerce platforms assess campaignperformance and implement enhancements based oninsights.
    • Conduct audience analysis and exploresocial media landscapes to suggest innovative approaches ensuringthe brands are visible in emerging customerchannels.
    • Monitor competitors activities onsocial media extract insights and apply learnings to enhancestrategies.
    • Regularly track and evaluate socialmedia key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like GoogleAnalytics and Facebook Insights.
    • Deliverinternal reports and suggestions for enhancing performance on aweekly monthly and campaignspecificbasis.

    ThePerson:

    We are seeking anindividual who lives and breathes social media. Proficiency inutilising social media scheduling tools and analytics is a mustalongside a knack for creating engaging and persuasive digitalcampaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

    Ahunger for continuous learning and a proactive approach toacquiring new skills are highly valued. Strong writing numeracy andpresentation abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detailand a resultsoriented mindset are essential traits we are lookingfor. The successful candidate should thrive in fastpacedenvironments exhibit strong initiative and possess a datadrivenmindset that keeps them abreast of the latest trends and strategiesin online marketing. Additionally a penchant for challenging thestatus quo and improving existing practices alongside stellarresearch organisational and communication skills are critical forexcelling in this role.
