- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows, minimize waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in production processes, facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on electronic manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant advancements into processes and workflows.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to investigate and address non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes, leveraging data-driven analysis and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical.
- Proven experience in electronic manufacturing, with a minimum in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong technical expertise in electronic assembly processes, including SMT, through-hole assembly, soldering techniques, PCB assembly, and box build.
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality management systems.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to electronic manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, SAP systems, and MES preferred.
