Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Lead Manufacturing Engineer will be instrumental in overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards.

Design, develop, refine, and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA's, sub-assemblies, and box builds, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Implement Lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows, minimize waste, and improve overall efficiency.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the manufacturing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Troubleshoot technical issues in production processes, facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Act as a subject matter expert on electronic manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant advancements into processes and workflows.

Team Management and Development:

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to investigate and address non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of manufacturing activities with overall business objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes, leveraging data-driven analysis and performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical.
Proven experience in electronic manufacturing, with a minimum in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong technical expertise in electronic assembly processes, including SMT, through-hole assembly, soldering techniques, PCB assembly, and box build.
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality management systems.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to electronic manufacturing.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, SAP systems, and MES preferred.
