    Are you a qualified Chef looking to work with freshseasonal food, with the opportunity to have more of a work lifebalance and make what you do matter?

    Working as a HeadChef at Barchester, you will have the chance to deliverhotel/restaurant standards without the split shifts and long weeks.

    Chefs have full autonomy in creating nutritious, flavoursome andwell balanced menus whilst liaise with residents to tailor themenus around them.

    NEED TO HAVE
    A personable and warmapproach with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents
    Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent
    Experience in leading, motivating and inspiring a team
    Agood understanding of nutrition
    Experience of workingwith fresh seasonal food
    The ability to create a warmand welcoming environment within our home
    Confidenceengaging with residents to create appetising and nutritious menus
    Good understanding of HACCP
