    Description

    Lettings NegotiatorFull TimePermanentCompetitive salarySwindonOur client are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly and busy team in their Swindon branch.

    This will include proactively matching applicants to properties, arranging and providing feedback following viewings, re-negotiating rental and Landlord fees, EPC's, floor plans, all duties associated with re-lets and preparing properties for re-marketing.
