Credit Controller - Birmingham, United Kingdom - GREATOREX & PAYNE LTD
Description
My client is a provider of bespoke business services to a variety of organisations across the UK.Their offices are in Edgbaston, Birmingham, and I am now working with them to source an additional Credit Controller to support the current team.
This role will suit someone with a strong background in debt management, with a professional, tenacious, yet diplomatic style, who can build rapport with their customer base.
- chasing outstanding accounts
- seeing queries through to a satisfactory conclusion
- dealing with credit notes
- allocating payments to the correct account
- escalation of aged debt issues and close liaison with the wider business in order to pre-empt payment problems
- monitoring credit limits and reviewing as appropriate
This role will suit someone with a positive, helpful personality, who is organised, thorough and methodical in their processes.
Hybrid working will be supported, with the expectation of two days home/three days in the office. There is free onsite parking, electric charging points, and easy access to public transport.
