- Co-ordinate global shipping projects from quote stage to final delivery to end user, under DDP incoterm including IOR Services , ensuring delays are minimised, deadlines are met, and key milestones are tracked.
- Work with a range of internal and external suppliers on global project delivery to achieve the best solution for the client.
- Process quotations to for projects ensuring optimum financial margins
- Manage imports from suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient services are used.
- Run monthly reports for both import / export compliance.
- Be responsible for Export license procedures, documentation filing and reporting in accordance with HMRC & ECJU requirements.
- Maintaining the database of products – weights and dimensions, ECCN & HTS codes
- Marine insurance claim management
- Experience of shipping Dual Use controlled product from the UK with an understanding of UK Controlled list and US EAR regulations.
- 3 years import and export experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and have an excellent analytical and numerical skills with a good eye for detail.
- Work well under pressure with the ability to be able to prioritise with excellent time management.
- The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with both internal & external clients.

As the Export and Compliance Administrator you will ensure compliance is maintained for all UK and US regulatory controls for imports and deliveries completed by Exclusive UK, for dual use products and services. You will also work on global shipping projects, working within clients expectations and capabilities, ensuring the optimum financial margin.
