    Dunbar Education are currently working with a School who are now seeking an experienced and qualified Director of Studies (Head of Year) to join them


    Contract:
    Full time, Permanent


    About the school:
    The School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form located in Slough.
    The School is part of an established not-for-profit multi-academy Trust formed in 2012. Since then, they have been committed to providing life-transforming education, overcoming social injustice, and ensuring social mobility for young people from diverse backgrounds

    Comprehensive CPD Program:
    The trust builds high-performing teams by providing a comprehensive Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program. This program nurtures and develops professional competence, ensuring staff gain the relevant skills and experience required.


    Collaboration and Networking:

    Partner schools within the trust collaborate together and with other schools in the Slough Association of Secondary Headteachers (SASH) network.

    They source training and development opportunities for all staff. Additionally, the trust may "buy in" expertise and fund staff attendance at externally facilitated training sessions.
