Job Title:
Operations Supervisor


Salary:
Up to £47,000 per annum plus company benefits and pension.


Location:
Mobile (Cheshire) - predominantly Alderley Park, Alderley Edge Cheshire


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

What will you be doing?

  • Supervising a team of Technicians who carry out operational and maintenance on a range of industrial utilities equipment such as Combined Heat and Power plants, LTHW systems, Steam Boilers, Waste Heat Boilers, Combination Boilers with associated Plant, Air Compressors and Water Treatment systems
  • Ensuring contractual deliverables are met through effective coordination of the team and planning of works.
  • Ensuring optimum plant performance and reliability whilst maintaining a financial budget.
  • Managing planned preventative maintenance systems and activities
  • Producing internal and customer reports.
  • Assisting management and engineering teams in identifying continuous improvement projects.

What are we looking for?

  • A proven background in the Engineering and Maintenance Industry
  • Experienced in the maintenance of modern utilities plant.
  • Knowledge of CHP, LTHW & Steam plant.
  • HNC or equivalent in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
