    Description

    We are looking for someone to come and join our HPC site team to support the construction of our nuclear pressure vessel.

    There is a lot going on and our team is growing and this is one of the opportunities within our supply chain team that we are recruiting for meaning there is great future opportunity for growth and progression.

    You would bea key member of a small team reporting to the Purchasing Manager and be primarily responsible for all site requests for quotations, purchase orders and order management.

    Outside of our site team we also have a wider Framatome purchasing team spread across different areas of our business for sharing ideas with.

    For someone to be successful in this position it is anticipated that you will have developed your skills and experience over a period of 7+ years in the procurement//supply chain environment.

    You are

    On a day to day basis you can expect to be involved with:

    Supporting the Commercial Team based in La Défense

    o Coordinate with HPC to clarify on one hand Variation Requests (VAR) and on the other hand Variation Proposals (VP)

    o ensure communication with HPC (respectively Framatome)

    o setup dedicated data room

    o prepare and attend the Change & Opportunity Meetings

    o Manage any specific work delegated by the Framatome Commercial Team in La Défense

    Coordinate the Early Warnings management

    o set-up and attend the Risk Reduction Meetings (RRM), and draft the related Minutes of Meeting

    o follow-up the overall progress (from Early Warning's creation to closing, including actions resulting from Risks Mitigation Meetings)

    o liaise with HPC to progress and clarify actions expected by HPC, and communicate to Framatome

    o respectively, liaise with Framatome to progress and clarify actions expected by Framatome, and communicate to HPC

    o prepare the weekly meetings within Framatome

    o prepare the weekly meetings between HPC and Framatome

    o prepare the monthly monitoring and related analyses

    Regarding the General Communications (GCs) issued by HPC

    o draft answers for Framatome Pilots' validation

    o attend the weekly progress meetings with HPC

    When needed, support the Contract Team based in La Défense

    o manage any specific work delegated by the Framatome Contract Team in La Défense

    o attend the monthly CCM (Contract and Commercial Meetings) between HPC and Framatome

    o expedite, coordinate or lead actions raised in the monthly CCM

    o ensure a smooth and effective communication between the respective CCM Teams (HPC and Framatome)

    o collect any request from HPC related to Contract/Commercial, clarifies them where required and systematically transmits the requests to the corresponding Framatome Manager in France

    o define with operational person the way and the timeframe to respond to HPC: preparation of the answer, internal validation before sending to HPC, presentation to HPC, additional clarifications (in any)

    o collect any request from Framatome related to Contract/Commercial, clarifies them where required, transmits and explains the requests to the appropriate HPC members

    o build legal / contractual case analysis when requested by operational people
