About the Company

A prestigious Construction Consultancy is looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to support their London office, this is a great opportunity to join a team of innovative and passionate people who always look to deliver high quality solutions to their clients.

Position Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a growing team and discover new technologies, you will be providing support through their helpdesk ticketing system and be the first point of contact for all IT related queries.

Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Assisting, supporting, administering and maintaining all desktop IT and some network and infrastructure hardware and software triaging, diagnosing and resolving any issues, and involving 3rd parties where necessary.
Configuring/building/testing hardware.
Liaise with IT support organisations and suppliers for equipment and licence ordering and management.
Reviewing, managing and maintaining Printer fleet and resolving print related issues.
Maintaining the IT integration of all other electronic 'devices'.
Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, specifically Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Terminal Services, Microsoft Desktop, Windows Server and Exchange experience, Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10 and Servers) MS 36
Manage, plan and perform the IT and telecommunication elements of business driven office moves and reorganisations.

Essential Skills and personal qualities

IT related study or demonstrate practical experience working in an IT environment.
Passion for IT.
Experience with Autocad or construction related software (desirable).
COMPTIA (desirable).
