Location:
Rainham, Kent


Salary:
Up to £25,000 per annum + Bonus

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break; Saturday 08:00 - 13:00 on a 1 in 3 rota basis (although currently closed on a Saturday)


Our client are a family-run business with 19 sites across the UK and are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team at the Rainham dealership.


As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for liaising with customers and ensuring the smooth running of our service department.


Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Booking in vehicles for servicing, MOTs and repairs
  • Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance work
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure work is completed to a high standard
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
  • Generating service and repair quotes
  • Invoicing customers for completed work
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • A good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Experience working in a similar role within a dealership environment


In return for your hard work, our client can offer a competitive basic salary of up to £25,000 per annum, plus bonus.
