Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout the entire sales process.
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the dealership, while ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Conducting vehicle demonstrations to potential customers, providing them with all necessary information about the vehicle, including its features and benefits.
Accurately and efficiently completing all necessary paperwork related to the sales process, including sales contracts, financing agreements, and other relevant documentation.
Participating in regular training sessions to learn about new products and technologies, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Ensuring that all used cars are properly prepared and maintained, with any necessary repairs completed before they are offered for sale.
Representing the dealership in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Requirements:

Previous relevant, or transferable, experience in a sales role is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
A positive outlook and an excellent work ethic, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A strong understanding of the automotive industry, including the used car market.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Full driving licence.
Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
