About the Role


We are looking for a Product and Events Manager to work closely with the wider organisation, particularly centre fundraisers, to deliver the organisation's bespoke products and events, as well as third-party events.

The role will lead with the development, implementation, and review of all activities to provide a varied portfolio for fundraisers and supporters.


You will be a strong communicator with a creative, pro-active and energetic attitude, and you will possess the ability to motivate and inspire fundraisers.

You will also be able to balance various objectives from different stakeholders and identify opportunities that could increase income and enhance team effectiveness.

Key responsibilities of the Product and Events Manager include:
*Lead the team to ensure the timely and professional delivery of income-generating products and events, while providing the necessary support and guidance to hit centre financial targets across bespoke event, product, and third-party event income streams.

*Design and deliver agreed supporter communication strategies across all media, recording all supporter interactions and maintaining the database, including inputting new contacts as they are generated.

*Work with the Head of Mass Fundraising to provide thorough analyses of products and events, ensuring that the relevant teams are regularly updated on all activity (coordinating information, reporting cross-team, etc.) and providing a clear strategy for the year ahead.

About You


As Products and Events Manager, you will have a minimum of three years of experience in events, fundraising and marketing, with experience of being solely responsible in events and product creation, production, and execution.

You will be a strong communicator with a creative, pro-active, and energetic attitude, and possess the ability to motivate and inspire fundraisers.

You will be able to balance various objectives from different stakeholders and identify opportunities that could increase income and enhance team effectiveness.

You will work closely with the centre fundraisers, supporting them with bespoke events and products as well as third-party event income.

You must be prepared to travel throughout the UK and to work varying hours.
