    Description

    The Pensions Annuity Operations Associate role is integral to supporting operational services and ensuring optimal outcomes for customers, while maintaining rigorous standards and compliance within our operational framework.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver seamless services to customers, meeting or surpassing expected outcomes.
    • Uphold client's customer-centric approach, advocating for positive outcomes and addressing any concerns promptly.
    • Develop expertise in clients' products and customer service techniques through on-the-job training.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory obligations in all operations.
    • Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and operational incidents efficiently.
    • Foster strong working relationships with customers and partners.

    Requirements:

    • Financial industry experience or knowledge of annuities, life insurance, and pensions.
    • Team player with a passion for learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
    • Experience working in a matrix organization with remote teams.
    • Familiarity with UK legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Relevant industry certifications, such as CII.
    • Proactive, organized, and approachable with a creative problem-solving mindset.
