Description

Quinnergy is rapidly expanding, we require team players to join our small but busy team, we specialise in compliance certificates for landlords and boiler care.

We are seeking a accounts & finance assistant to join our team.

You will be responsible for providing support to our administration team and dealing with the unique invoicing requirements of our clients, attention to detail is a must.

Creating accurate invoices and ensuring they are relayed to our clients by their chosen avenue.


You must have excellent attention to detail, be passionate about delivering outstanding service to our customers, be flexible in your approach to work schedules and tasks.

There will be an element of administration to the role and helping the team with additional tasks.

The working hours for the role will be between 9am and 5pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls.**- Creating accurate invoices that reflect the needs of our clients.

  • Uploading invoices and certificates via various methods as directed.
  • Dealing with supplier purchase orders.
  • Administrative duties to support the admin team.
  • Other duties as required.
No agencies.


Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
