As Auditor, you will be responsible for efficient and effective collations of data in support of the patient/customer experience.
You will be handle the recording and administration of information through monitoring, auditing, and surveying.
You will report and record information in support of company H&S/Food Safety/ Quality Systems.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- To undertake monitoring, audits and surveys in all services including Cleaning and occasionally Catering
- Producing reports and feedback
- Working with the team to improve best practice
- Using/Embracing technology/systems where appropriate
- Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff working within the control of the position, other staff within the trust/company, the client, subcontractors and users of our services
- To manage and evaluate objectives and targets as requested by the Patient Experience Manager
- To promote and develop effective communication
- To achieve and improve service delivery targets
- To seek, provide, evaluate, and organise information for action
- To maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures
- Control resources and finance, identifying and planning ways of reducing cost
- Produce information accurately and within the required time frame
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Team-Leader cleaning experience in Health Care NHS trained
- Service track or Maximo experience (Advantage)
- Preferably in a multifunctional hospital environment (Advantage)
- Experience in admin
- Experience in admin
- Experience of quality control systems (Essential)
