This role is based at our Parts East Midlands Hub (Derby Commercial Park, Raynesway, Derby DE21 7HZ)

Role includes Free Company Car (BIK Only)

In this role you will:

Prepare and use a planned sales presentation, to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities, including customer greeting, qualifying, handling objectives, product presentation and demonstrations, closing and delivery.

Develop and use customer follow-up and prospecting system.

Create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business.

Contribute to the achievement of maximum customer retention through effective representation.

Develop a planned daily, weekly and monthly sales call programme as agreed with your Manager.

Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key competitors.

Previous Parts Experience is ideal
Excellent communication & planning skills
A Passion to provide excellent customer service & exceed customer expectations

*Based on a full time contract of a 40 hour week.

Salary:
Up to £40,500.00 per year
